I occasionally slope over to a couple of other LBC sites, a Spridget one and a Midget one, both of which shall mercifully remain nameless. I am not knocking them - I am sure their intentions and aspirations are nothing but the best.

It's just that I was there this evening and noticed that there has been more activity on this (Spridgets) forum in the last month alone than there has been on those two sites combined since January 1 2007.

Clearly we are in the right place.

Enough said sir.

Baz.

Love your avatar, it reminds me of home and also of our local biking group, myself, my 17-year-old son (a half-Brit) and a school friend of his, who is Welsh, and her dad (obviously also Welsh). My son and I have the Union Jack biking shirts, Angharad and her dad have the Welsh dragon shirts. We are an anomaly in Raleigh, North Carolina, but we make quite a sight on the New Bern MS150 ride.

I've only starting posting in the last month or so and this site seems to have a good number of active and informed members! I'm definitely glad I was pointed in this direction after I aquired my bugeye. I just can't wait 'til I get to a point where I can start my resto and ask real "meat & potato" questions! lolol!

Guess I could have restored Miss Agatha without this site, but it surely was a lot easier and more fun with it.
