How old is that ad?Last I heard,it was in the US,& not for sale.
If I were going to spend a lot,I'd buy an Escort instead.
 
Last I heard the Healey Fiesta was somewhere in Europe and on the market. I had a few rides in it when Bill Wood owned it in the US after acquiring it from Ford and I would compare it to the difference between a standard US Rabbit and a Euro GTI. Just a better car all around and worthy of making a replica if you like Healeys.
