Went to Mid Ohio Race Course in Central Ohio for their vintage grand prix which was to showcase our favorite car; I was hoping to see what offerings may be out there and if there was a possible swap meet. It is very overcast here so did not know what to expect. Well I got there and the guy at the gate had no idea what a Sprite was nor were there any in site, but for $20.00 I could go in to have a look. I decided to pass and took a scenic ride home. Saw a 73 MGB hauling down the freeway at 70, good for him and an earlier model triumph so not all was lost. Sure would have liked to have seen some Sprites. The pictures from LOO sure get me crazy.
