Welsh Plug removal

Replcing a half shaft on my 1960 Sprite, anyone have the esiest wy to remove the Welsh Plugs, one had a slight leak. Thanks, Andrew.
 
Air chisel to the center of the plug will work great.

I assume you are talking about the plugs over the axles in the wire wheel hub! I drill a hole in the middle that will just fit a large tapered punch then apply punch as a lever and pry them out.
