I've seen this on Rt. 9 north (near Freehold, NJ) for years, but this is the first time I've stopped to take a photo of it.
No powertrain inside, but it looked like it had 16 wheel drive at one time.

It's in front of a machine shop so the "G-Code" is probably a reference to CNC code.
