Yep, this is also how I fold my TR6 top. I didn't remember about folding the mid-rib back, so thanks for sending this along. I hope to get a chance to take the top down on the seven when I see it in a few weeks.

I don't know if that is the correct procedure for the six, but pulling the top off of the frame and folding the quarter lights in just seems to make sense, and makes it lay more compact.

The best top was on my Fiat Spider.. I could just throw it back while driving. Now there is a car compant that lost its way..they had such cool cars and abandoned them only to build Italian equivalents of the Maverick.
 
Follow the procedure for the first time to day. Worked great.
