Years ago I had the chance to move to Victoria BC. For a number of reasons we didn't (our choice) but now I do wonder how it might have been different. Victoria is magnificant, rarely snows, you can drive your LBC all year and many do. If the kids and my mother weren't firmly located in Ontario we would most definitely would consider it. Mind you Prince Edward Island is (almost) off the list for the same (family) reason. But Victoria is gorgeous!
