Here's a Shout Out! I'll be there with my decrepit VW type 3 in the "Concourse DeLemons", My Mom and Dad will be floating around with their Primrose yellow 69 MGB in the Glenora Run, I know Dale is attending with his Daimler SP250 (Also Glenora Run?),
Who else?
Maybe we could do a BCF dinner at one of the local establishments, like the legendary Seneca Lodge or some such.
Very worth while event to attend. Several hundreds of British cars mixed in with thousands of vintage sports cars and race cars of every description, both on display and hiding all over the town.

Thanks Nial. I should have thought of that. Hope to see you in Oct.

Ben- we MUST hook up somewhere-somehow. The Glenora run was full a/o last October, we're doing the Knapp run. I'll look for the primrose B; all the special drive cars do the parade laps at the same time, I think. Going up with some BRRTA driving club friends who will either have their Morgan or, heaven forbid, the 356. We expect to arrive Thurs afternoon and leave for Stowe Monday. Good luck getting within a block of the Seneca (what I've heard, at least).

Dale,
There's a couple options for a really good dinner. There's Seneca Harbor Station, right on the lake, at the end of the street where the fest is. I'm sure that will be packed. Then there's the legendary Seneca Lodge, just up the hill a bit on the first leg of the original road course you'll be doing your laps on. I bet that place will be swamped as well. A few miles up the east side of the lake, in the town of Hector is a small place called the StoneCat. I'm not sure how that will be to get to, but it's excellent.
When all the tours do the laps of the "old course" you then get parked in your groups display area down town, and then you can walk back and watch the other groups. The Glenora run will be parked on Franklin St down by the lake, your group parks in the lot at the mouth of the gorge at the park (kinda the other end of town) but not too far apart. My group will get put back in the bank parking lot on the corner of Franklin and 4th after our laps. The time between our laps and the re-enactment is great for mingling, and after the race cars go back up to the track it's a giant street party.
Can't wait to meet up.

P.S. Weather forcast is currently predicting 74 and partly cloudy. Das is perfect!
