Anybody familiar with a company called Waterloo drivetrains? They have what looks like a good 5spd conversion but I can't seem to find them on the web. Are they still in business?

Waterlo Drivetraines was moved to California 5 or 6 years ago. The owner, John Black, sold the business to another company and was to stay on the payroll as a mamager of the business. Within a year of moving his business from Austin, Tx, I lost track of Mr Black. The new owner would not answer my emails concerning Mr Black. Mr Black was a very nice Brit who had been into Brit cars for many years. I bought a 5-speed kit from him when he was in Austin, and he delivered it to me one weekend when I was in Houston on business. He was great to do business with. BTW, the above link for Waterloo Transmissions up north somewhere is not the same business.
