Water pump pulley info

Can someone tell me the difference in pulley width between earlier and later 3000's. I think they are 3/8 inch and maybe 1/2 inch, but don't know which is which, or where the break point is in model.

Well lets see HD, Early cars used 3/8" and later BJ's use 1/2"--keoke
