water pipe question

Yes. Wait until you are ready to install the exhaust manifold. The rear bracket slips onto the rear exhaust manifold mounting stud after the manifold has been mounted. If I remember right (I may not) the easiest thing to do is just barely start the threads on the pipe, then slip the bracket on the stud, then tighten the pipe fitting.

Ps. Those engine pics look good, JP. You are going to have one fine looking 1500.

Thanks - did I mention the exhaust manifold is already on?

I think I need to pull the housing and get a new gasket.
