This might be what you're looking for. New 1966-69, never installed. I purchased on eBay at least a dozen years ago. Thinking $100 shipped.

I do have one just like the one in the picture. It is not as nice as that one, but it was working when it came out of the car. If you send me an email address, I'll take pictures to send to you. I'm thinking $50 plus shipping.
