Agreed, I also think it's worth waiting for polyurethane - will improve the handling.

Yeah but it'll squeak too much.
 
I just ordered $300 worth of stuff from Vicky Brit. I am going to do the 77 just like the 71 and go with poly up front and rubber in the rear. That has worked out well for me so far with no squeaking and I didn't even use the lube that came with it.
