Waiting to see if this guy is gonna get off this darn
1975 MGB or not.
Always a story.
First "I have the pink slip"

Ok lets do the deal.

Then "Oh this guy across the street has the pink slip,
I'll go get it"

Okaaaay?

Then, "oh he's not home from work, I'll get it tonight,
then call you and you come get the car"

Okaaaaaaaaaaaaay?

Now, "oh he went on vacation, he forgot to leave me the pink,
I will have it Sunday. Then I call you."

Okkkkkaaaaaaaayyyyy.

He doesn't realize that I am not desperate for this car, BUT the longer he takes, the less I am going to offer him for it because of the inconvienence of making me come back several times.
25K on the odometer, and from the looks of it, it does not show very much wear at all on it. BUT it has been bastardized, and just has to be put back together the right way as whoever worked on this in the past was not kind to LBC"S due to lack of knowledge
Everything just has to be put back in the right place.
We shall see what becomes.

Yeah, come with a chain so you can drag it in the rain to cool it off?
If he owns the car, why the rigamarole of the neighbor having the pinks?
Make da (mn) sure the numbers match before you plunk down greenbacks and end up with something that belongs to someone else.
Just sayin'.

Naaahh, he just is not savy
on doin business.
Had a friend with me,
and at one point I said
"So, what are you cooking"
The guys eyes got really big
and said "What????"
pointing to a
abandoned motor home.
He thought I was asking about a "Meth Lab"
and I was asking about Carn' Asada.
Really tripped the guy out.
And yes, the first thing I will be looking at
are the numbers on the vin to
match the vin #'s on the car.
