Voltage stabilizer, turn signal flasher, hazard

I need a bit of help:
location for voltage stabilizer, turn signal flasher, and hazard flasher
for 73' Midge

Stabilizer is mounted to the firewall inside the car about in line with the left side of the glove box.
Turn signal flasher is on the extreme right up under the dash.
Hazard flasher is in the radio console near the hazard switch.

Ahhh!! Thanks so much, voltage stabilizer when on this evening, will wire wheel the rusted original turn signal flasher 'holder' piece tomorrow and place that flasher, and put in the hazard flasher piece when I work on the radio console. Thanks greatly!
