To all my brothers and sisters, past, present and future: Thank you!

And take some time to remember all who've made the ultimate sacrifice, that they may live on in our memories..

The most heart breaking walk I ever took was at the Wall in DC, I don't tear up much, but that took the cake. Needless to say, I wasn't embarrassed one bit. PJ

Really proud to be one but also thankful I never saw combat. Also really thankful to all those who serve.

We had record numbers at our local Remembrance Day ceremonies, huge crowds... It's getting more difficult every year to take good photos with all the crowds, but I won't complain, because it's great to have that many people out to remember...

A rare but very happy event took place in our family right after WW-II, my dad and his four brothers all came back from the war, but one uncle died a few years later, I believe from injuries received during the war. Military history goes way back in our family, so far, to an admiral in the British Navy in the 1600s.
