That car was for sale a while back on eBay. As I remember, they didn't want crazy money for it either - comparable to a new car of that market.
 
I saw the car in mention before and wondered just how well it'll work after road crud gets in the tracks and drive mechanism. One jolt over some high rail road tracks and it's all over. Be nice in a pristine environment, but is there such a thing? I would prefer this instead with a proven design.PJ
