Vent window screws

Was working on installing new nylon runners in the windows.
On the right door the vent window is screwed to the door, on the left it's not and there are no holes indicating it had been. Could it be the left door has been replaced or?

Sure looks like it or the guy who did the holes was off sick that day.----

When you add them be sure the door is closed and the window raised up while aligning the vent with the windscreen frame--Keoke
