Hey all, I have finished up my tr3 restoration however on my last military move the vent lid Mechanism went MIA. I have the straight piece that attaches to the lid but am missing the rest. Anybody know if they are available somewhere or if anyone has one laying around they are willing to part with please let me know

Thanks

Hi tall guy, That's a tough bit to find, but I came across one in looking for other parts for my 3A. Look in the upper right corner of the first picture in this eBay ad: 334575444612. He sent me a picture of leftover fastners that may have the screws & other attachment bits (didn't have what I was looking for). Shipping seems high, but maybe time to bargain.

I went so far as reproducing the bits to make these some years back. They are a large pain in the
glutinous maximus .They each take an hour to hand fit/hand bend/ file /drill /rivet,,,,,,,

Do you just need the lid?

There’s someone on the Portland, Oregon, and Seattle Craigslist with what appears to be lot of Triumph parts for all models. I haven’t need to contact him for parts myself.
