A guy I know in England has a 1958 Vauxhall Victor wagon, it was imported into England from Arizona by someone other than him nine years ago.

He's wondering if there is any way he can do a search for any prior history on it. I know it tends to be more difficult over here than in England. I assume/hope he has the plate number from when it came over but haven't asked that yet.

I'm willing to make a phone call or 2 to our MVD if that will help.

Nine years is a long time but worth a try -- VIN and plate number are probably needed to learn anything.
