VB wiring harness instructions

Looks like harness are the topic of the day. I just bought a harness on eBay that was originally sourced from VB. Do these usually come with "instructions" or is the original wiring schematics what I should be looking at?

No instructions normally...you need a schematic.

Most manuals include schematics, there's usually a drawing for each 'generation' of car and a key to tell you things like "this picture of a little round thingie in the diagram = the ignition switch" and "NY = brown wire with yellow tracer".
I think it's smack dab in the middle of my Haynes book.

Find someone like a blueprint copier in your area and have the schematic blown up then laminated. Helps when needing to trace circuits and with eyes that don't see as well as they use to between the lines.

I bought the schematic on ebay and it really helps. Not so much with the PO changed things which still has me questioning some things.

On a side note, when I got the new moss harness the old light bulbs did not fit, so plan on picking up some modern bulbs as well. ( this was on a dash harness)
