Today I drove south to my daughter's house to watch my grandkids. About a mile from my house I saw a lowered '63-ish VW bug. Otherwise looked like a stock 40 HP car.
On my northern drive home through Princeton, I was cut off on Nassau Street by an Audi R8 Coupe' (I was in the Miata, top down....was he showing off?).
Later, near Gladstone I saw *another* R8 (this time a Spyder, top down).
Before that, in Hamilton, I saw a '60s flat-black, rat-rod Caddy with a huge blower sticking out of the hood.
I also saw a mid-80s Bentley near Hillsborough. And a GT-3 within a few minutes.
Near Somerville I saw an Ariel Atom on the back of a roll-back truck.
Saw a very nice Land Rover Defender just before Chester.
Finally, I saw a *bright* red-and-white '53 Chevy in Chester, NJ.
