I think I would like a nice alum. 948 valve cover. Anyone have a source, I seem to keep drawing a blank.
 
Both Moss and Victoria British carry aluminum valve covers. Victoria British lists theirs as covering 58-74 Spite/Midgets. I assume the valve covers are interchangable between the 948/1098/1275 engines(?).
 
I am looking on page A24 of the Moss catalog?? Only see 61-74 Polished Ribbed Cover. Strange that, and yep 948 thru 1275 should fit.

Am I missing something?
 
Now why would Moss say that? 61-74 is 1098 engine and that is same as 948 head size is it not. Why would that not fit?
