I am looking at a '68 MGC, good body and engine but needing work. I can send photos. Would like to know if anyone out there has a ballpark idea of what it's worth before I make an offer. He wants $8500....Thanks

For that price, it should be a very good driver with decent paint, good body and only minor mechanical work needed. Fully restored cars go for around $15K while restoration projects with little rust are around $3500.

I have a 1969 MGC automatic that is in need of a restoration. The car is complete and has been in dry storage for over 15 years. Original colour was Primrose yellow. If anyone is interested, I would like 4000.00 to 4500.00 for it.

The car that I have is indeed a roadster, fitted with a folding top bar system. Maybe you could fit a seat above the battery box behind your seat?
Cheers!

There are two '69's on ebay now...the roadster is up to almost $12k with less than a day left and the GT is up to almost $9K with 7 days left...very interesting cars!

I'd be interested. Do you have any pictures you could send me?

I live in Northern CA, but I have a friend in San Diego that I might be able to have come out and look at the car for me.

Thanks

Hi Kev, I would rather have your mate come over for a look. Could you send me a private email, and I will give you directions, etc..
Cheers, David.
