v=Why Can't More of us be This Way?

Had the privilege of hearing her many moons ago. She told of a story about how the term "computer bug" came to be. They had found an actual bug (a moth I think) in between the relay contacts of a relay switch on a computer. Notice how she does't have to pause and um, er, um, when she answers a question! She knows what she believes and she doesn't need to think about it. Love it! She was a real pioneer!

She spoke at our college graduation a number of years ago. Very interesting and engaging to listen to.
We heard the "bug" story too!

A teacher friend of mine picked her up and brought her back to the airport after the graduation.....said she was a real hoot to talk to in the car.

And in her honor:

Our oldest served on that ship while in Hawaii.
I can watch those videos of her over & over.
