V-belt obstruction

I have seen complaints about getting the large size v-belt on and off. During an overhaul, I chance to find by turning the wheel full right, the clearance between the crank hub and the inner tie rod increased by 3/16". I suspect this is because the idler bracket ass'y is a screwed together ass'y and a right turn screws the rod downward.:smile-new:
