I up graded to a 55 amp alternator and have the old one if any one would like it, I hate to throw it away, I dont know the rating but it has Lucas on the back black plastic cover and it takes the 3 prong plug in on back
 
I would be interested. What year is it off of?

Paul, if his doesn't work, I have a stock Lucas alternator off my 73 TR6 that was rebuilt by TRF, worked fine for me for 2 years till I upgraded to a Delco 63 amp. Make me a reasonable offer that would cover shipping. (say $50?)
