just a quick glance.

Could they undersell the big 3- once shipping from
across the pond is added in? Bushings are pretty
inexpensive as it is.

From the looks of the website it looks like a nice product. From my old neck of the woods, by the way.......we have some members in that area actually, might be able to check 'em out for you?

They use stainless tubes instead of plated steel.

Bugpack/Dee Engineering and Energy Suspension have the coverage for B's and Spridgets and the odd parts (some) are covered by the usual suspects.

The $ vs the # is "in the loo" as they say........that and air postage/shipping make small quantities a non-profit deal.

Re: Urethane bushings - Anybody hear of this compa

Interesting that they lubricate them. Usually the bushings are used dry.

Re: Urethane bushings - Anybody hear of this compa

$150 US shipped to my door for a full set including my choice of sway bar.
Lubrication. Why if competitors are dry?

Re: Urethane bushings - Anybody hear of this compa

I emailed the company and am hoping I get a reply on the subject of lubrication.

Re: Urethane bushings - Anybody hear of this compa

Have not heard from Steve S. on this one.

Here is the email response from AUTOBUSH.

"The lubricant is important as it keeps the bushes working properly and prevents noise Generally in the UK bushes of superior quality include lubricant ; the cheap ones dont !"

Re: Urethane bushings - Anybody hear of this compa

Interesting reply but I am not sure that Polybush brand is exactly what I would call cheap.

Re: Urethane bushings - Anybody hear of this compa

It's the cheapest - money wise - I have come across. Unless you know of another supplier with SS sleeves that is cheaper door to door.

Re: Urethane bushings - Anybody hear of this compa

while poly bushes are used dry a lot of the time, I do know people that lubricate them. IMO, it can't hurt. Assuming greese doesn't cause the poly compound to deteriorate faster, it'll prolong the life of a poly bush... less chafing and all... /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif
