Hey Folks, here are the two girls we're trying to chose between.

Cute little fur balls aint they?

Anyway we're thinking about heading up there on Saturday to have a look at'em. While we're there we're going to visit with Mom & Dad and get a good feel for the living conditions (particularly the room in the second pic). Doesn’t seem to be a puppy mill because they've but I want to be sure - so is there anything I should be on the look out for?

Truth is we’re really hoping Emma (9) lives longer than her sister Molly who left us in November at age 11. But we're actually thinking we might just tak'em both so they can pal around with Emma and still have eachother when Emma passed on to be with Molly. Thoughts?.

Re: Agh! Puppies in Stereo!

The Mrs. states that you should ask for an OFA certificaion. If they are a reputable breeder, they have had the parents checked for hip & elbow dysplasia. Many of the breeders also show the parents in dog shows as well. If they are just back yeard breeders they are not into this sort of stuff but dysplasia is a common ailment in Goldens and not a good thing. (you may know this having goldens/labs)

Re: Agh! Puppies in Stereo!

We have two litter mates of Irish Wolfhound breed. Brother and sister. They are the best together. Take them both.

Re: Agh! Puppies in Stereo!

Well we're going to look at them this weekend. There only 7 weeks old at the moment so if we take one or both it wont be for another week.
