Call the Nestle Crunch Hotline, 1-800-295-0051. When asked if you want to continue in English, don't do anything. Just sit QUIETLY for ten seconds. Then, choose the #4 option. Be sure not to say anything or laugh out loud as it has voice recognition and will mess up.
