Well Thanks for your help a while ago on this, I went to pick up one of my old girls (the C GT) after a minor mechanical job and there it was: the "ShaguBee" /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif in all it's glory (see attachment).

I gather the owner hasn't seen it yet so it follows that neither has hubby (could be interesting) but it'll be quite striking when completed.

regards

Tom

Boy! JB that little fella says it all.---Keoke /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/lol.gif

Hmmm.. I actually thought of doing that.. Now I know that I won't. It's too much. You gotta try to get a pic of it finished. It's gonna look cool, just not on my car.
/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thirsty.gifHmmm it IS kinda cool /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thirsty.gif it does kinda grow on ya /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thirsty.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thirsty.gif yea that's pretty neat /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thirsty.gif What the heck, go grab the masking tape

About as subtle as a flying chainsaw. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif But to each their own. Kind of like the VW Thing - fun to see on the road, but you wouldn't actually want one yourself.
Just one man's opinion....

Hey! I had a 73 Thing. It was great, I want another one. I'm open for donations. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif Maybe that would look good with the German flag painted over it....

/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazyeyes.gif What can I say but /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/england.gif it looks sick.

I know it's been done before, those photos were some of the ones that were used as inspiration for her paintjob, particularly the magazine article done on your(?)car in MG World. (see one of my previous posts)

Attached is another shot from the rear,

It's a 1969 Aussie assembled roadster btw and it is going to be fully fitted up with front and back bumpers.

Looks fine, seen a few and always brings a crowd at car shows, just never had the nerve to do it myself. Wayne

The smile on that young mans' face says it all. I like the paint job and would like very much to see the car up close but I just do not think I would want to paint my "B" like that. It definitely stands out in a crowd.
