I've had something on backorder since November. It's been pushed back at least 5 times so far with no end in sight.
So...I get this email today:

| In our current political environment, with changing federal, state and local laws, plus the general uncertainty in the market, many of our Customers have expressed an interest in getting their backorders more quickly. Therefore, starting today, once any backordered product has been in our warehouse for 90 days we will begin automatically shipping that product to you. When this occurs, we will also send any of your other backordered products in stock at that time, using the most economical shipping method. |
| We believe these improvements strike a great balance that minimizes shipping charges while ensuring timely delivery and hope you like them. As always, everything we do is intended to be in the best interest of our Customers. |
| Thanks for Your Business! WOW, they'll ship 90 days AFTER they've gotten it in stock...and that's an improvement.... I feel ~SO~ fortunate I didn't order from a company that ships backorders as soon as the product is in stock.... |
