Anyone watch it?

no, but I heard it was good?? It'd take alot to make me want to watch it though.

Wife watched the first episode. She said it was like being covered in honey and lying on an ants nest. An hour of her life, gone.
No, I haven't seen it Vince.

I was also reluctant to watch it and taped the first episode. My brother-in-law is in it so I felt obligated but did not need something esle added to my schedule that I had to do. I wound up watching it about 6 weeks later and then started watching the series. Believe it or not (even w/ or W/o the BIL) it is a twisted & extremely funny show. It has been nomiated for 2 Golden globes. If anyone has the chance they should give it a shot as it is a very good show.

We watch it...but we've had lots of bad weather..can't go cruising in the MGs...and when you look at what else is on tv anymore theres not alot to pick from. Sometimes we just sit and watch the weiner dog drag the cat thru the house by her head....boy do we need a vacation.

Sounds like typical network TV, period.

Of course I'm also watching the local news folks talk about the "Golden Globes" - and wondering why I've never heard of most of the shows that they say are so good. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif

To tell you the truth, I am not a big "network TV" watcher. I either watch learning or discovery channels or some kind of learning show. Kinda don't like the crap on TV and they took away the Speed channel from me. Just so happens now I like this so....
I don't pay any attention to the Golden globes or whatever else they give each other as pats on the backs. Since this involves a family memeber I kinda perk up over it. Hey he's a new dad and married to my sis so I hope the best for him & the show.

Our Shitzu-poodle does the same thing! This 8 1/2 pound dog drags a 13 pound cat around by his ears!

(sorry to hijack the thread...but couldn't resist)

I don't watch much network TV...not that I'm all high and mighty about it. I used to, and enjoyed it, but not much anymore.

Have not seen "Ugly Betty" and have seen nothing to suggest to me that I would at all be interested.

However, there are a couple of shows I find original and interesting. Personally, I think "My Name is Earl" is one of the most original and funny shows out there...but then again, I grew up with guys like that. I watch old "Scrubs" reruns, and that is also a funny and original show.

I'm a big TVLand partisan. As any civilized person, I greatly enjoy "Andy Griffith", and lately I've enjoyed a few episodes of "M*A*S*H".

As for non-network, I miss "Junkyard Wars".

TV has gotten pretty sad. Our daughter and son-in-law are rather restrictive as to what..and how much the kids get..almost five and two and a half, boy and girl. We try to help by have at least one family nite where all ten of use gather and have supper, ususlly Mondays. When the weather is nice we go to a park with the ATVs, get dirty and cook out..sometimes all week-end. Once or twice a month the wife and I R/V to the mountains and take the oldest monster, he'll be five soon but the Son's step-daughter will be also and has asked to go, as has the 2 1/2 years old grandaughter. We have a large all tricked out Class A but I keep telling the wife that R/Ving is to relax, little ones are hard to corral whan you get to be geezers. We do have flat screens front and rear...with vcr/dvd and sat. dish, thats for rainy weather when you can't go hiking or cruising.

Not a TV guy either, but Selma Hayek (the producer) changes shirts in an elevator. Thats enough for me. Being married to a full figured hispanic woman from a big, tight-knit family, I find the show funny for the same reason I laugh at "Earl" and "The Office." I know those folks.

"Earl" is one of the better Network shows out there right now. It's good for a laugh.

The show garnered 2 Golden globes Great news for my sis & my BIL!

I kinda think th' cat ~allows~ this behavior for reasons of its own. It may know you've put it in your will... or are considering it. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smirk.gif

P.S. Th' pooldle's CLUELESS.

Nice pic doc!
