First, I've been a member for a little while but still haven't picked-up my 6, which is a 1972 model. It is garaged and awaits my final payment, which I hope to make before the weather breaks. Will post pics.

Second: Simply out of curiosity, I have been searching the web in an effort to discover what the backwards 'JR' symbol seen on electronic items means. I can't find a thing about it. Does anyone know?
 
If you're talking about the symbol at the bottom, I've wondered about it too. Looks like it's the Underwriters Laboratory Recognition Mark.

According to Underwriters Laboratories, it means that the manufacturer is authorized by Underwriters Laboratories Inc. to apply the UL Component Recognition Mark.

Hmmm... things is geographically silly: I once met a feller from Pittsburgh, Texas. Now I hear-tell of Dallas, Pennsylvania. Musta been some sorta reciprocal town trade!

...I figger them PA boys got th' raw end o' <span style="font-style: italic">that</span> deal...

Actually, only the Pittsburgh in PA ends in an H. All the others only end in G. Or so I believe.....I grew up in PittsburgH and remember hearing that.
