Besides all my other things I have a 65 Mustang that I'm building for my wife, I've added a super clean ranger XLT that the former owner said had warped heads on the 4.0 V-6?? Otherwise perfect...and loaded. Bone stock with 118k miles and a 4 spd o/d trans. Drove it to shop. Ran like crap but did comp check and was 125 all the way and plugs looked original. Motorcrafts and gapped about .140. Hmmm. come to find out the heater bypass valve..plastic..had a small crack and was dripping on exhaust manifold. Was given a new one and presto, got a very nice truck for $1200. Other Ford is a $46 two door sedan buried in my pals building behind my shop. Literally buried in boxes and surrounded by big heavy stuff. Hope to have it out before my Mission trip. No rust, few little dents, does have broken glass but all chrome was repaired and triple chromed including bumpers. Also comes with 5 new wide whitewall tires. he has no time so $400 and it was mine. Pics when dug out.
