I was in NY yesterday and saw these three cars parked in the basement parking garage of the apartment building I was staying in. They belonged to tenants in the building.
All in one corner there was a Volvo 1800 in perfect shape, a 1963 Sunbeam, and (don't know the year) a huge Jaguar that looked like the Queen Mary!
Pics were taken with a cell phone so quality could be better....

 Oh, I never knew that... thanks for the info.

Very nice -- someone likes red cars, that's for sure.

Only if it has the cow horn front bumper, the early examples that were built in England (by Jensen, yes the car company) are quite rare...

The one pictured looks like the Swedish built one...

6,000 coupes were British built vs. 33,414 Swedish built.

Being earlier and rust... er,..Britishier it's probably safe to assume a lower survival rate.

Too bad they didn't duck

That 1800 is a later car - notice the side marker lights,
& the Black vent on the rear fender.

And no "upsweep" to the side chrome aft of the doors. Sverige.
