It was such a nice day out here that I decided it was time for a photo shoot.

My 1978 MGB & My 1978 Shark.

Actually, I'm getting the 78B ready to go to the shop for some work on the Top end & a cam job. Bottom end should be ok but depending on what we find when we pop the head off we'll probably just give it a rattle can rebuild.

Other than that some of the items on tap for the B's engine are as follows:
New 270 cam shaft.
Alloy head. (Possible decking to match the CC of the cast head)
Alloy roller rockers.
Up dated double row timing gears & chain.
& some ARP fasteners to hold it all together.

Also on tap a brand new stainless header & exhaust from Moss Motors (Thanks Tony!) along with an inline high flow Cat. Why? Because its a 78 and in Kalifornia I still have to have it smog tested.

Well, Bret, you had better paint one of them the same color as the other (ie put them in the same suits) to make that claim!!
