My DISH network satellite TV remote (infrared) works fine - except for one key on the number pad.
Absolutely no response from the #3 key. But all the other keys and functions are fine.
About a month ago, the #3 key was "slow" to respond. Had to hold it down for a couple seconds before the system reacted.
But now #3 is dead in the water.
Any ideas? Toss it in a bucket of soy sauce and hope for the best?
Spending $100+ on a new DISH remote (their replacement charge) seems a bit rich for one button. I don't want to go the "used" route (e.g. Ebay, etc.).
