The Tucson Brit Car Register put on a great 3 day event this weekend and I'd like to thank Geo Hahn for inviting us down.
The club members really worked to create a great event (Car show, driving events, tech sessions, banquet, brunch and awards etc.) with a lot of fun and imaginative things thrown in.
My wife and I had a great time.
We wouldn't have known about it without this site, thanks Basil!
The best part (besides the beautiful cars) was meeting Geo and his lovely wife and their two TR's.
This hobby all comes together with the great people you meet with like passions and enthusiasm.
The first pic is of Geo (right) and myself with our cars in our class.
I thru is some pics of a freshly restored Singer for fun as I'd never seen one in the flesh.

Nice!

Dang, I have to get my car finished before the N.O. show. You just gave me incentive.

Is was our first effort at a 3-day event and went pretty well. Having sunshine and temps in the 80s go a long way towards making us look smart.

It was great to meet Pat & Mary and spend time enjoying the cars and company.

Other photos have been posted in the Triumph Gallery section.

Hopefully there will be a 2nd annual version next year.

Modesty prevents Pat from mentioning that his very nice TR3 took second place among the side-screen TRs.

The trophies BTW were real works of art:
