TR2/3/3A TS 27xxxx interior

I have owned TS 27xxxx since the seventies and bought not running. It had a white top and white side-curtains with burgundy interior that was leather and wool. I would guess that these parts were stock because it was less than 20 years old, but who knows. Anyways if I purchase one of those Heritage deals will that go into that kind of detail? And if I do what is the first step?

One thing that bothers me is the white. The environment I live in turns white off color quickly. The rain molds stuff and the airplanes are always dumping pollution spots stuff. I guess I am curious how much maintenance you guys with the white interior have to perform.

A Heritage certificate typically shows the trim and top colour.

Are you sure the carpet is wool? I'm thinking that would be non-original (though frequently used as a high quality replacement).

One give-away if the carpet is non-original -- the car would have come with no carpet in the footwells, just a mat. It is very rare that those original mats survive to this day (though replacements are available). These are not to be confused with the usual AMCO rubber mat, but rather a longer mat that covers both the bottom and forward portion of the footwell.

According to Piggott, wool carpet continued until TS 35350. TRF has reproductions of the original mats listed, P/N 701237-8, and also has the clips to secure them to the firewall.

Leather was an option, but only applies to some surfaces like the cockpit rails and seat facings. Other areas like the back of the seats were always vinyl.

In my limited experience, tops never last very long. Around here though, usually the first thing to go is the rear window.

The Heritage certificate won't show the carpet (I also believe it's wool with your pre 35350 s/n, as this wasn't an option but a production run switch over), bit it does show colors, options etc. Here's mine so you can see what one looks like.
