Trying To Locate Parts

Does anyone know where I can get the following parts for a '77 1500 midget? Moss Motors shows them as not available. I'm looking for:
1) Distributor Vacuum advance can
2) Thermostat Housing (my air bleed is badly corroded inplace)
3) Carb to intake gaskets for ZS 150 carb (moss doesn't even list these

I might have some of these...I have a whole bunch of parts that came with my car that I haven't even catalogued yet. I know that I have a distributor, but I don't know if it has the vac attached.

I will check tonight and let you know.

I don't know if they are compatible, but I have a NOS thermostat housing for a 1975 1500 midget on ebay now, pm me if you'd like the link.

Well, bad news. No one ever made a replacement vacuum can for the distributor, so looks like i'll be spending over $200.00 on a new unit. Unless.... I read an article about how to "rebuild" a jaguar vacuum unit using a chevy diaphram and rod. It describes how to seperate the 2 halfs of the vacuum can, replace the diaphram and put everything back together.

Has anyone ever attempted this themselves? The way I figure it, mine's shot, so no more damage can be done. But if it's possible to repair....

Thanks
