TR4/4A Trunk lid lettering - template wanted

Hello all,

I need to drill letter holes in a TR4 trunk lid for my TR4A lettering, for the A and IRS. Would someone be willing to make, scan and post a template which I can print? I've see a few posts with measurements but I'm not brave enough to drill holes in a painted panel based on my tape measure skills.
