This is a Stocton Ca. operation. I have made several contact atemts to no avail. Anayone had any expierence?

Yup, I've purchased parts from Dean and talked with him on the phone about TR issues. Seemed squared away to me.

i've purchased parts from triumph's only. no problems, but it has been years.

I was speaking with Wayne the owner last week on the phone, he mentioned that he is going out of town for the holidays and will be returning Jan 5. Maybe you should try then.

never delt with them personaly, but I watch thier ebay auctions. They are quite knowledgable,I have seen thier web page, but that knowledge isnt always offered in thier auctions.

i've purchased many parts from them as they are a discount moss distributor. never had a problem, but their shipping costs seem a bit high.

I toured Triumphs Only back in '99 and was pretty impressed with the used parts inventory and quality of work in the shop. Since I am on the East Coast, however, I always found it easier to get the parts and materials I needed from somewhere closer.

There was some buzz a month or so back that Triumphs Only was for sale. Anybody know if that is still the case?

Uh, yea, Wayne not Dean. What a memory. Shipping was reasonable but then again I'm only one state over.

I had a less-than-satisfying first experience with them and never went back. I ordered a couple of parts and waited more than a week before calling to find out the status. I was told that my credit card didn't go through. Knowing that my card was fine, I asked them to try again, and this time it was approved instantly. I believe that they entered my number incorrectly and never bothered a second try. I would have appreciated a call from them letting me know that there was a problem (even though the problem was on their end), rather than just sitting on my order.

When it did arrive (after two more days of 'processing' before it was shipped), the shipping charge was noticeably higher than it would have been from the competition. Even my Rimmer Bros. order from across the pond had more reasonable shipping charges. A simple "we're sorry for the delay" would have possibly given them a second chance, but I was treated like it was my fault.

One and done for Triumphs Only. Now I go with British Racing Green (www.brgparts.com) for my Moss part orders.

Andy,
I can relate to your comments. While my experiences with TO have been satisfactory I mentioned the higher shipping costs but also sense a lack of coordination or process when it comes to packing and shipping orders in a timely manner. BPNW on the other hand throws candy into my shipment boxes...yea!

Please look at the Triumph Only web page, go to the
"TECH INFO" pages.
If in fact Triumph Only is "going away", maybe this/our forum could copy (with permission) all those tech pages to be used as a great reference base, which in most cases are re-prints from the Factory.
The information is vast!!

I had only one dealing with them, but was very satisfied. Seems they are about the only place I could find a replacement gas tank for a fuel-injected TR7. No complaints from me.

I've talked to him on the phone and have visited his operation.

Grossly overpriced.
