For some reason I can't transfer photos now!!!....

Triumphest 2013 San Rafael. Funcours -

My wife really liked this car so I looked it up. 1960 (approx) Italia. Thought it might be a fun one to have. - Triumph frame and running gear and Italian hand built body. 329 made. Only about $85K!!

Dan (Brentwood TinMan) and his lovely wife Terry!

Pat, Jerry, and l'orange!!

One for Andy. Thanks Esteemed Moderator!

My wife really liked this TR250 color. My Jasmine Yellow TR may not be that color for ever...

Herman's (HVDA) TR250. What a beauty. He even had cruise control!

#'s 1 and 2 are fuel feed lines for the SU's and #3 is the vent from the valve cover to the carbs to relieve blowby pressure. I recently did the latter on my SU setup which results in a leak free, bone dry block!

Why does it look like #3 is going back to the supply line?

Dave- I see it now
My eyes must have been dusty!

On the 250 where do they connect to?

I was please to see the Mayflowers. I think I've been to most Triumphests since 1997 and not seen those cars at all. Now there were six of them. Good pictures. I'll try to add mine when I get home.

Some years ago it was reported that there only three Italias in the US. I have a picture of a red one at Mid-Ohio in 1999. Beautiful car it is.

Pat,

You mean that the TR250 isn't done yet?
I'd keep it the Yellow color.
The last picture is of Hardy Prentice's TR3.
He's raced this car forever,& flat towed it with a E type
for many years. He won the Runoffs with it one year.

Many years ago I had the chance to buy an Italia or a TR4A for $800. I bought the 4 thinking it was the better deal. Did I miss the mark on that. Ended up totaling the 4a one night driving home.
