My father has a 1980 Triumph TR8 for sale, he has owned it for 19 years as the car's third owner.
Below is some text he has provided to describe the car:
It has 47,000 miles and has been well taken care of, has excellent tires, oil cooler and 5 spd. trans. It had about 28,000 miles when I bought it so I've been driving it a little less than 1000 miles a year. Very rarely did the car go out in the winter months and with our otherwise dry Southern Oregon climate. The car has always been garaged.
The car was repainted in 1997 and does have a few parking lot dings. A few years back I put in a new cam/lifters from the Wedge Shop, and also a Holley 390cfm 4 barrel carb. The car runs great and will get about 24 on the highway. All original except for a few things that have been removed but I have saved so that it could be put back if wanted.
Asking price is $9995.
