Temperature gauge from a 1955 Triumph TR2
This is the original gauge with capillary tubing and the sensor that fits in the thermostat housing.
The tubing is intact with no kinks.
The front of the gauge has printing that reads: Jaeger with these numbers: TL2561/03. The body of the gauge has printing that reads: Smith Motor Accessories Limited England MKII. This gauge reads temperature in Celsius/centigrade degrees.
This gauge also has the retaining bracket with 2 knurled nuts and 2 lock washers.
