Can't help with the Moss part numbers, but for factory numbers that have letters in them, there is a magic decoder ring.

For what would be considered "off the shelf" nuts and bolts, etc. -- i.e., those not purpose-made for a specific application, with a special shoulder, etc. -- try the Canley Classics fasteners guide. There's another "factory" document somewhere out on the 'Net, but I can't recall where at the moment.
