I have been looking into changing transmissions on my "B". Basically, what I want to do is be able to cruise at 65-70MPH without putting so much of a load on the engine. I have asked earlier and was assured that the OD swap was not really all that much of an issue.
Now in the process of research I see that there is an option for using one of the Ford five speed transmissions or one of the other import 5 speeds. My question now is, which sounds the most reliable? Five speed or overdrive?
