is this the correct transmission for an 100/ 4 BN2? It has the serial #[FONT=&quot]4417[/FONT]

Anything can be MADE to work..... The rear mounts won't work with what your chassis has. The driveshaft may be shorter than a BN2 shaft. Overdrive wiring is different and uses an additional relay. Trans tunnel for BN2 wont work.

Like steveg said, if you aren't doing a concours resto, a 5-speed conversion may be a good option for you, particularly if you plan to do lots of driving.
