Pretty funni! A prime example of what I call "Chinglish".
The meaning of the rest seems reasonably clear : if the power feed to the motor is more than 15 feet, then don't use the wire supplied with the motor. Instead, rewire with 12 AWG or larger. Otherwise, the motor may not start successfully, causing it to overheat and possibly permanently fail.
In other words, they cheaped-out on copper and now you have to make up the difference.
PS, my guess is that "feed" got translated as "teat" and "supply" as "lend". But they could just as easily be misspellings of other words, eg "lend" for "lead".
